Policies

UPDATED POLICIES FOR 2014 - ALL PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED TO LOG INTO THEIR PORTAL (CLICK HERE TO GO TO PORTAL LOGIN), READ THE UPDATED POLICIES, AND RE-SIGN THE POLICY BOX.

Policy and Payment Information

  • There is an annual, non-refundable, Family Membership Fee of $30, which is payable upon enrollment at Metro Gymnastics Center
  • Enrollment for classes is ongoing month-to-month throughout the school year session (Sept-Mid June)Payment is due on the 1st day of each month. If payment is not received BY the 6th of each month, the credit card on file will automatically be charged.
  • Payment with cash, check, or a different credit card can be made before the 7th of the month.
  • A month is calculated at 4 classes per month; some months your child may receive an extra class. Because of this method, holidays are not prorated.
  • NO REFUNDS or CREDITS are given with the exception of extended illness or injury. Credit Adjustments remain on accounts indefinitely.  NO CASH, CHECK, or CREDIT CARD refunds will be given.

Make Ups

  • Children enrolled for DANCE CLASSES are allowed to make up ONLY 1 class per month, regardless of the number of classes missed.
  • NO REFUNDS or CREDITS are given with the exception of extended illness or injury. Credit Adjustments remain on accounts indefinitely.

Withdrawal / Cancellation from Classes

  • To WITHDRAW FROM CLASS, a written WITHDRAWAL NOTICE must be submitted no later than the LAST class of the current month.  
  • Cancellation ON OR AFTER the 1st day of the new month will result in a $25.00 CANCELLATION FEE that will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • If a class is DROPPED AFTER the new month is in progress, you remain responsible for the full month of classes. NO CASH, CHECK or CREDIT CARD refunds will be given.
