Showcase Performance Information

  • All dancers enrolled in classes at Metro Dance Academy are invited to participate in our annual Winter and Spring Showcases.

  • Please visit our Resources page for more information on costume fees.

  • A Showcase fee will be charged for all dancers participating in Showcase. This fee is non-refundable.

  • If your dancer is unable to participate in the Showcase, please notify us by email at danceatmetro@gmail.com. Telling an instructor or leaving a voicemail does not count as a notification.

Performance Policy

All dancers enrolled in classes at Metro Dance Academy are part of our Showcases. All dancers enrolled in classes are strongly encouraged to participate in our Showcases, as the performance aspect is a huge part of what dance is all about. If you are unable to perform for any reason, please let our Director know as soon as possible (preferably before the Showcase performance signup deadline). No refunds will be given on performance deposits or costume fees if a dancer withdraws from a performance after the participation notification deadline. Withdrawals from performances due to special circumstances may be considered.
