2024 Summer Dance Camps

Join us at Metro Dance Academy for our 2024 Summer Dance Camps!

All camps are $175 and from 9am-1pm. Enroll now and payment will be collected in late June*

Metro Dance Academy is hosting 5 weeks of summer dance camps. Each camp week will be from 9am-1pm. Each camp is $175 per camper. Dancers will bring their own snack, lunch and water bottle each day of camp. We will create special camp crafts as well as have free time in the bouncy castle and foam pit areas on the gymnastics side of the house. Our dance camps are a fun way to try new dance styles, make new friends and have fun moving our bodies!

Let’s Groove: Hip Hop Dance Camp
July 8-11, 2024, 9am-1pm
Ages 6-11

$175

  • Get ready for some fun as we pop, lock, and break it down during hip-hop dance camp! Dancers will learn more about beats, rhythm and performance during this high-energy camp. Campers will have free time to play in our bouncy castle and foam pit, and also make a special camp craft each day.  Let’s turn up the tunes and show off our best moves! 

Frozen Friends Dance Camp
July 15-18, 2024, 9am-1pm
Ages 5-9

  • Do you have a princess you love and adore? Well, this camp is for you! Join us for a week of ballet, jazz and creative movement all while dancing to some of our favorite Disney songs. Campers will have free time to play in our bouncy castle and foam pit, and also make a special camp craft each day. 

The Eras Dance Camp
Week 1: July 22-25, 2024, 9am-1pm Week 2: August 5-8, 2024, 9am-1pm
Ages 7-12

  • Calling all Swifties! It’s time to bust out the friendship bracelets and get ready to dance to all of your favorite Taylor tunes. This camp is dedicated to everything we love about our most beloved popstar. Campers will learn a variety of dance styles including jazz, lyrical and hip hop as well as come home with special crafts each day. Campers will have free time to play in our bouncy castle and foam pit areas. Grab your bestie, it’s time for dance camp (Taylor’s Version). 

Pop Divas: Glitz & Glam Jam
August 12-15, 2024, 9am-1pm
Ages 7-12

$175

  • Now is your time to be the pop-star you’ve always dreamed of! Put on your sparkles and dance shoes and join us in learning jazz and hip-hop choreography to some of your favorite pop songs. Campers will have free time to play in our bouncy castle and foam pit, and also make a special camp craft each day. Get ready to own the dance floor and perform a routine by the end of camp!

All camps are $175 for M,T,W,TH 9am-1pm. Enroll now and payment will be charged to your card on file late June.

If your child has not been enrolled at Metro since last Sept, a $15 summer membership fee will be charged now with the camp enrollment. There are no prorates or make ups for missed days.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please ensure you send your camper with a water bottle, snack and a lunch.

  • Opt for a leotard, spandex shorts, or leggings. Pair it with a tight-fitting tank top or T-shirt. Remember to avoid dresses, skirts, jeans, or baggy pants. Jazz shoes are the preferred footwear, followed by ballet shoes. You can also go barefoot if necessary.
